Carin has worked as a coordinator, stage manager, and event planner for the past decade. Carin's event experiences ranges from large scale events such as non-profit fundraisers, college events, and concerts, so small scale private events such as weddings and baby showers. One meeting the month of the event to create a day-of timeline.
One venue walkthrough the month of the event to go over set-up and finer details.
One phone call the week of the wedding to go over final plans before the big day.
Rehearsal coordination.
Oversee arrival and set-up of all vendors at venue.
Implementation of wedding timeline to ensure the day remains on track.
